Halesfield 13 - Telford
Lawlors were appointed to undertake the full refurbishment of 10 industrial units covering an area of 65,000 sqft to bring them from their run-down state to clean and tidy starter units.
The works included:-
- Removal of previous tenants structures / extensions
- Replacement of damaged wall and roof sheets
- Replacement of damaged blockwork and external brickwork
- Replacement doors and windows
- Decoration of roof linings, steelwork, walls and floors
- Resurfacing of main service yard including linemarkings
