Lawlors were pleased to be awarded the contract to carry out the refurbishment works of this Distribution Unit.

Works included:-

• Systematic demolition of a chiller unit installed within the unit
• Specialist concrete floor repairs / renewal
• Demolition of previous tenants single storey blockwork structures
• Professional clean of all internal steelwork, lining panels, fixtures and fittings
• Professional clean of all external cladding
• Removal and infill of all floor bolts, removal of line markings / demarkation and professional clean of warehouse floor
• Shot-blasting, rust-proofing and decoration of all retained dock levellers
• Replacement of dock doors, curtains, buffers, traffic lights and control panels
• Refurbishment of two storey office areas including converting back to open plan layout, new ceilings, flooring and decoration
• Electrical and Mechanical recommissioning and associated works
• Extensive concrete yard repairs
• Extensive block paving and kerb repairs to carpark
