Lawlors were appointed as Principal Contractor to carry out the minor refurbishment of a distribution unit after the previous tenant went into administration.  The remit was to make the unit habitable for reletting the unit.

Works included

• Full redecoration of two storey offices
• Heavy duty clean of all lining panels and flooring in warehouse
• Heavy duty clean of all external cladding and yard area's
• Removal of tenants remaining fixtures and fittings
• Test, repair and commission of all mechanical and electrical installations
• Replacement of all dock shelters
